Experience and Honesty

I could relate to what you experienced and the honesty of having to deal with different types of leaders. I am sharing this book with one of my co-workers as I believe they will enjoy the lessons as well. As for me, I picked up insight and this gave me an opportunity to review my own style of leadership. I am looking forward to your next book. Robert

Great Messages!

You message is very simple and well- demonstrated. It isn’t about the flavor of the day trend. It is about trust and integrity and letting the people you work with know consistently you are in it with them and have their backs. Add a little fun and let them know they are appreciated. I love that you show what real leadership is NOT as well.Great messages with a reminder that God has taught us this message from the very beginning. Thanks for sharing your experiences. I enjoyed reading the book. Best wishes on the book’s future success. Sincerely,Julie Doerschler

A Great Read for All Who Lead!

I’m not sure what I enjoyed reading about more… the fact that the author has experienced more workplace trauma than I have, or the way he chose to process that trauma and turn it for good each and every time. It was refreshing to hear Greg’s perspectives. I honestly feel less alone in the workplace as a result of reading this book, as an employee and as a leader. I also picked up some tips and tricks that I can put to good use as a leader. Cynthia Weiss
